Main Corporate Finance participates in Alpe d’Huzes
On June 7th, the seventh edition of the Alpe d'Huzes will take place. This cycling tour is for the benefit of the battle against cancer. The goal for the cyclists is to ride the Dutch mountain in the French Alpes as many times as possible and thereby being sponsored. All revenues will be donated to the Dutch cancer fund KWF.

In April 2012, De Thuisapotheek was declared bankrupt. GH Apotheek BV has successfully made an offer on the assets. Main Corporate Finance has acted as advisor during this restart. De Thuisapotheek delivers medication to chronically ill patients.
In April 2012, WMG Beheer, with the consultation of Main Corporate Finance, has successfully invested in Blink Uitgevers. Blink is a relatively young publishing company of well-known magazines for kids in the Netherlands: Bobi, Okki and Taptoe. In addition, Blink publishes National Geographic Junior under license.
Dutch Filmworks (DFW) has successfully refinanced and expanded its credit facility to finance further growth of the movie catalogue. Main Corporate Finance has consulted DFW at this refinance. ABN Amro has provided the credit facility.
Aspecto Professionals, a secondment company for social workers, realizes a new start after it was declared bankrupt in February 2012. Main Corporate Finance has acted as advisor to Ed Sinke, owner of the company.
On March 12 2012, Tedopres International is sold to Etteplan, a Finnish based stock listed company. Main Corporate Finance acted as advisor to Tedopres. The company provides innovative software for the creation and management of technical documentation for the companies in the aviation and defense industry and manufacturers of medical technology and consumer electronics.
